Your applications will be processed free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires additional costs, a fee may be charged according to the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Rights of the Data Subject
According to Law No. 6698, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, and to request the correction, deletion, or destruction of your data. You also have the right to inquire whether the processing activity is in accordance with its purpose and to learn which third parties your data has not been transferred to.
